We now make three different Lavosh Crackers. We know you'll like them! Our first was the Wheat Lavosh, a traditional crisp cracker with sesame seeds. Next, we introduced a Semolina Cracker that is made with a different flour and has a smooth, nutty taste--some note a buttery flavor (even though we don't use any dairy or butter in any of our products!). We also added a third cracker, the Everything Cracker.
Each make for a pleasing snack. Some use them as a bread course for a meal. They all pair well with a cheese and fruit, or charcuterie plate.
