Vegan offerings from Breadsmith

Many Breadsmith customers are surprised to learn that our bakeries do not use any dairy in baked items. Being dairy-free is a byproduct of maintaining our Kosher designation. Dairy-free has also opened up options for many individual customers to maintain their dietary choices.

Our approach has always been about producing an honest product that tastes consistently great. Simple ingredient lists; superior items from the best regions—and local when possible. We found the best peaches in Colorado, blueberries that burst with flavor from the upper peninsula of Michigan and rich tasting vanilla from Madagascar. We use organic eggs in all our recipes. We choose local sourced honey.
