August 2 is Potato Bread day! Baked only on the first Tuesday of the month, both loaves and rolls will be available at our Edina and St. Paul locations.

Our Potato Bread is dense yet soft with a light crunchy crust. It is made with potato flour, which adds a nice richness. You’ll enjoy its wonderful distinct aroma.
