Fresh Right Now: Greek Olive Ciabatta

Now, we don’t like to pick favorites, but Breadsmith Bread lovers can’t seem to get enough of our Greek Olive Ciabatta.

We use succulent Kalamata olives and bake them right into our traditional Ciabatta. The olives perfectly complement the oval-shaped loaf’s airy texture and crispy crust.

We love this bread served alone or dipped in olive oil, but it’s also terrific with a cheese like Brie, and it adds an amazing burst of flavor to any sandwich!

We can’t sing its praises enough. We’re baking it right now in all three of our bakeries.
