Enjoy the High Holidays

Bread is connected to family, community and culture. The baguette is more than a bread, it is a symbol of French culture. Bavaria without the pretzel? No!

We enjoy bread for many reasons. For the wonderful memories of slicing into a fresh loaf of Honey White at breakfast or when we break off a piece of a tangy Sourdough at dinner. This is what makes baking bread so delightful.

Breadsmith cherishes the opportunity each year to bake breads for the Jewish High Holidays. Rosh Hashanah is September 25–26, 2014 and celebrates the Jewish New Year. October 4, 2014 is Yom Kippur or the Day of Atonement. Pre-order any of these special items, such as the Honey Cake (pictured above) for your celebrations.

If you haven’t tried these bakery specialties yet, be sure to give them a try! They are only baked for a limited time, so stop in soon!
