The recent Star Tribune review by Rick Nelson of the new restaurant BLVD called attention to the use of Breadsmith Bread. Most noteworthy is Breadsmith flatbread. The flatbread, which is not currently available for retail sale, is custom-made for BLVD. Breadsmith works with a number of local restaurants to customize recipes, sizes and quantities of different breads to attain the desired taste and nutrition goals of the chef.
