Record-breaking Stollen Baked in Germany

A massive Stollen, the favorite holiday bread, was recently baked in Dresden, Germany—A tribute to the long-standing traditional bread with recipes dating back to 1730. Stollen has become the favorite local Christmas Fruit Bread in many places, including right here in the Twin Cities. The record-breaking loaf weighed in at over three tons.
